The Last Update For Slitterhead Game

The latest update for Slitterhead, available as part of its early access launch on November 5, introduces several major features in gameplay and exploration ahead of its full release on November 8. The game, set in the eerie, densely populated streets of Kowlong, casts players as Hyoki, an entity that hunts down monstrous beings known as “Slitterheads,” who disguise themselves as humans to blend in. Key updates include:

  1. New Combat Abilities: Players can access skills like Blood Well, which pulls enemies into a gravity field, and Bloody Blast, which fires blood projectiles. Hyoki can also use possession skills, enabling players to infiltrate enemy territory or scout surroundings stealthily. The combat system is further enhanced by various “Rarities”—allies with unique powers who can assist Hyoki in battle.
  2. Exploration and Memory Fragments: Players can uncover “memory fragments” scattered throughout the city, which gradually reveal Hyoki’s backstory and unlock new abilities. The game also features shrines that offer challenging trials with significant rewards, encouraging exploration and strategic use of abilities.
  3. Slitterhead Variants: Several new Slitterhead forms have been added, each with unique traits. Some resemble predatory animals and insects, such as mantises and octopuses, and reveal increasingly dangerous abilities when threatened.

This update enhances both combat mechanics and narrative depth, creating a horror-driven, suspenseful experience within a grim cityscape
