Goat Simulator Remastered launched on November 7, 2024, bringing updated graphics, a reworked mutator menu, and all the downloadable content (DLC) released for the original game. This remaster retains the chaotic sandbox gameplay where you control Pilgor the goat to wreak havoc across various environments.
Key updates include:
- Improved visuals: Enhanced textures, lighting, and VFX, as well as updated foliage, giving the game a more polished look while retaining its signature absurdity.
- New mutator menu: Players can now easily switch between different goat types, leading to even more varied and bizarre gameplay experiences.
- All DLC included: The remaster bundles seven expansions from the original game, including GoatVille, Goat City Bay, Goat MMO, Goat Z, PAYDAY, Waste of Space, and Buck to School. These add-ons bring new maps, missions, and themes to explore.
The remaster doesn’t aim for perfection in terms of bug-fixing but keeps the playful, glitch-filled nature that fans love. It’s available for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S
